Mr. Soh Gee Kian is the founder and also the Managing Partner for the firm. He graduated with honors from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi, Malaysia in 2006.
He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 21st June 2007.
Prior to establishment of the firm, he was practicing as a legal associate in one leading firm in Kuala Lumpur specializing in banking and corporate. He is conversant in many areas of law and handling litigation, which includes civil and criminal matters. He is also familiar with all form of execution and recovery process.

Cik Noor Syazleen Azmira binti Mohamad graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA
(UiTM) with LL.B (Hons) in 2018.
Upon graduation, she continued reading in the chambers of Mr. Soh Gee Kian of Messrs GK Soh & Partners.
She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 19 September 2019 and was retained as Legal Assistant by Messrs GK Soh & Partners.
Her areas of practice include civil litigation and conveyance matters. She has an extensive exposure to debt recovery and civil litigation in which she is well-versed in drafting cause papers for winding up proceedings, injunction applications and many others. She is also familiar with court settings both in chamber and open court and also in conducting trials.

Cik Nur Aqilah binti Adzmi graduated from Universiti Zainal Abidin (UNISZA) with LL.B (Hons) in year 2016.
Upon graduation, she chambered in Messrs. Amisah & Co in Kuala Terengganu from 2016 to 2017 which expose her to conveyancing matters, including sale & purchase, loan & refinancing, perfection of charge, discharge of charge and memorandum of transfer. She the enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2017.
From 2017 – 2018, she was retained and practiced as a Legal Assistant in Messrs. Amisah & Co. During her practice with the firm, her portfolio of works includes conveyancing and litigation. She handled conveyancing files from beginning till the end including sale & purchase, loan & refinancing, perfection of charge, discharge of charge, memorandum of transfer, drafting cause papers for litigation cases, attending in chamber an open court for litigation cases.
The portfolio of major clients during her practice with the firm were Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and Public Bank Berhad.

Cik Nur Mirza Batrisyia binti Zamri graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Malaya (UM) in December 2023.
She completed her pupillage at Messrs G K Soh & Partners, where she was exposed to various areas of practice including general litigation, debt recovery and conveyancing matters. She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 6th February 2025.
She is currently practicing as a Legal Assistant at Messrs G K Soh Partners, where she focuses primarily on civil litigation and debt recovery.
